Additional Projects & Incorporation Services

Flexible support, built on trust

Any project not outlined in your current plan contract is considered an Additional Project. If you’re an active client with a current plan, you’ll receive considerable discounts on these services.
E&E typically does not accept new projects without either:
- A completed initial assessment, or
- An existing relationship with a client in good standing

We’re happy to evaluate special requests on a case-by-case basis.
Incorporation Services
- We offer basic incorporation services starting at $700, including entity setup, administrative structuring, and guidance on initial filings.
